About
László Endre was a Hungarian Interior Ministry state secretary in 1944 and a leading organizer of ghettoization and deportation.
He worked with Adolf Eichmann’s team after the German occupation of Hungary. Hungarian offices and gendarmes carried out the roundups and transports.
In this interview
Eichmann mentions Endre as an eager Hungarian partner and says he often passed matters through him at the Interior Ministry.
